Payments And Order Confirmation

The website does not collect online card payments. Any offline settlement method, amount paid, balance due, payment timing, and order status must be confirmed by Swathi Design. An inquiry or pre-order request does not guarantee item availability until we confirm it.

Shipping, Returns, And Damage Claims

Swathi Design currently focuses on US shipping. Flat-rate shipping and timing are shown on the site, but final timing may vary for pre-orders, customizations, and carrier delays. Standard returns and exchanges are not offered. Damaged-item review requires an unboxing video showing the package before and during opening, sent within 48 hours of delivery with the order number.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, size, event-date, shipping, and payment-reference information. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or sensitive financial credentials through the website, WhatsApp, email, or support channels.

The arbitrator's decision will be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and Swathi Design each waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction, in which case this arbitration provision does not apply. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from filing a complaint with a government regulator or seeking public injunctive relief where the law specifically allows it.
