Swathi Design serves US customers through assisted commerce: product inquiry, concierge pre-order request, boutique confirmation, payment coordination, fulfillment, and support.
Information We Collect
We collect account details, contact information, shipping details, product inquiries, fit notes, event dates, measurement preferences, pre-order request details, order status, review content, loyalty activity, and support messages. If a payment is confirmed, we may record amount paid, balance due, payment method, payment reference, and related order history.
Attribution, Analytics, And Advertising
We may collect first-touch page, referrer, and non-ad campaign parameters for session-level inquiry attribution. Ad click identifiers, browser analytics identifiers, and marketing tags are used only when marketing consent allows it. This helps us understand which product pages, campaigns, and inquiries lead to qualified conversations and confirmed orders.
Concierge Payment Instructions
Payment instructions are shared privately after inquiry or pre-order review. Swathi Design does not ask customers to enter card details on this website.
Your US State Privacy Rights
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, or another US state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request access in a portable format, request correction, request deletion (subject to legal record-keeping exceptions), opt out of targeted advertising and the "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (we do not currently engage in such profiling), limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not collect special-category sensitive PI for marketing), and be free from retaliation or discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to opt out of the "sale" and "sharing" of personal information. Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), and Oregon (OCPA) provide substantially similar rights. To exercise any of these, email support@swathidesignstore.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request" and include the email or phone associated with your account so we can verify the request. We will respond within 45 days as required by California law (or your state's equivalent timeline) and may extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with prior notice to you.
Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We may "share" limited identifiers (marketing event IDs and ad-platform click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid, msclkid, li_fat_id) with advertising partners for measurement and remarketing, but only when you have given marketing consent. Children's Privacy
